Mr. Pranavbhai Ambalal Patel is an experienced agriculturist, farmer, and commodity trading professional with more than 35 years of experience in the agricultural sector.

He comes from a strong agricultural background and has extensive practical knowledge of farming, agricultural commodities, procurement, quality assessment, market dynamics, and commodity trading.

Being a farmer himself, Mr. Patel has developed strong and long-standing relationships with farmers across North Gujarat, including the Patan region and surrounding agricultural areas. These relationships provide the Company with valuable access to agricultural produce at the grassroots level and strengthen its farmer procurement network.

Over the course of his career, he has also been associated with the procurement and supply of grains and other agricultural commodities to large corporate customers. His extensive relationships with corporate buyers, traders, farmers, and agricultural market participants have enabled him to develop a strong understanding of both the supply and demand sides of the agricultural commodity business.

As Chairman & Managing Director, Mr. Patel will provide strategic leadership to the Company, with particular focus on the areas below. His combination of first-hand farming experience, more than three decades of agricultural industry experience, farmer relationships, and commodity trading knowledge provides a strong foundation for the Company’s growth strategy.

Ms. Honey Mukund Patel is a finance professional with an MBA in Finance and more than 9 years of experience in corporate finance and financial management.

She has professional experience with large corporate organizations and has developed expertise across various aspects of financial management, accounting, costing, financial planning, banking, and corporate finance.

As Chief Financial Officer of NURATRADE MULTIBIZ PRIVATE LIMITED, she is responsible for overseeing the Company’s overall financial function and supporting the management in financial and strategic decision-making.

Ms. Patel will also oversee the end-to-end costing and financial management of the Company’s manufacturing and trading activities, ensuring that procurement costs, processing costs, manufacturing expenses, working capital, and overall profitability are appropriately monitored. Her experience in corporate finance, combined with her understanding of banking relationships, costing, financial planning, and corporate financial management, will support the Company’s expansion and manufacturing strategy.

Mr. Harikesh Pranav Kumar Patel is a business and operations professional with 11 years of experience in the corporate sector, with a strong focus on business development, corporate relationships, sales, procurement, farmer engagement, and agricultural commodity operations.

Mr. Patel represents the second generation of the family business and brings together the experience and relationships developed by the previous generation with a younger, technically educated and professionally oriented approach to business.

His father, Mr. Pranavbhai Ambalal Patel, has more than 35 years of experience in agriculture and commodity trading and has developed long-standing relationships with farmers, agricultural market participants, traders, and corporate buyers over several decades. Mr. Harikesh Patel is therefore able to build upon an established foundation of industry knowledge, farmer relationships, corporate connections, market understanding, and business reputation developed over time by the family.

With his Master’s degree in Pharmacy and technical educational background, Mr. Patel brings a structured, analytical, and professional approach to the Company’s business operations. His principal focus is on developing and managing relationships with corporate customers, understanding their procurement requirements, generating business opportunities, securing orders, and building long-term commercial relationships.

He is also actively involved in working with farmers and developing long-term procurement arrangements and contract-farming-oriented relationships, with the objective of providing farmers with better market opportunities and creating a reliable and consistent supply chain for the Company.

Mr. Patel works closely with both corporate clients and the Company’s farmer network, acting as an important link between the demand side and the agricultural supply side of the business. As a Director, he is expected to play a significant role in business expansion, corporate relationship development, farmer engagement, procurement operations, and the Company’s transition towards an integrated farmer-to-market and value-added agricultural business model.
